About Cathy Tran

Cathy is a Principal and a Licensee at Advance Agency Real Estate. She is a member of REIWA and holds a Diploma of Business (Accounting), a Diploma of Property, Management & Development, as well as Property Investment.

With 10 years of work experience and a business partner for 5 years in real estate, Cathy decided to open her own agency to continue to work and help her clients with real estate needs. Cathy previously enjoyed many successful years selling at a leading Northern Suburbs Agency, featuring each year in REIWA’s High Achievers Awards.

Cathy comes from Vietnam, and is of mixed heritage with a Vietnamese mother and Chinese father. She has a big family with six brothers and sisters, who have fourteen children between them. She has two beautiful kids of her own and is fluent in English and Vietnamese.

Cathy is passionate about helping people sell and buy real estate. Her professionalism shows through her knowledge of the industry and her ability to sell all types of properties. Cathy’s excellent communication skills allow her to give you regular updates on progress until your property is sold.
