Caryl has an extensive history of customer service, client relationship management, project management and service delivery, having worked for many years in Information Technology for both public and private organisations in the UK and Perth before joining the Real Estate industry in 2004.
After obtaining a good foundation in residential sales Caryl has for the past eighteen years specialised in Over 55s Strata and Retirement Village Marketing and Sales, both established units and off the plan project marketing. Caryl’s past projects included Silver Chain - Silver Vines, Margaret; Baptistcare - Riverside Salter Point; Amana Living - Treendale Australind, Moline Village Karrinyup, Lady McCusker Village Duncraig; Meath Care - Kingsley, Como, Trigg; Duncraig Community Village; Mercy Village Wembley; Leederville Gardens; MYVISTA - Balcatta and Mirrabooka. Caryl has also sold various Over 55s strata units across the metro area and her clients' own homes.
Caryl has an excellent working knowledge from grass roots through to completion of Project Development and Management within the Retirement Village industry and is conversant with the requirements of the Retirement Villages ACT. She approaches each client’s needs with empathy and understanding of the myriad factors involved in the decision to move from the family home in the later years of life.
Scottish by birth, raised in Perth, Caryl has travelled extensively throughout Europe and Asia settling in London for some years then later in Bali. Caryl has now settled near the coast and enjoys the casual beach-side lifestyle. In her spare time Caryl enjoys travelling and learning languages, most recently walking part of the Camino in Spain and exploring Iran and The Silk Road. Caryl speaks conversational Indonesian and is currently learning to speak Farsi.
Caryl approaches her work in Real Estate with a focus on excellent client service and professional courtesy. Her motto is - “professional courtesy is paramount” – when dealing with her clients as well as others working in the industry.
