Brett has been involved in the real estate industry since 2005. Following a successful career selling real estate in the southern suburbs, Brett started his own agency specialising in property management inspections which developed his knowledge of the investment market and 800 properties throughout the southern suburbs.
Brett has been very successful working in the retirement industry since 2008. In 2010 he was Australia’s top retirement village salesperson through the Retirement Village Association (RVA) selling 101 properties and was a speaker at their national conference. In 2012 he earned the prestigious general real estate award of being in REIWA’s “15 Million Dollar Club”.
Brett is a natural people person who energetically represents his clients in their real estate pursuits. He is professional, approachable and honest. Buyers and sellers alike will enjoy the results and experience of entrusting their real estate requirements to Brett.
Brett keeps himself up to date with the latest professional developments through courses and seminars that are pertinent to the industry and sees this as a way to expand his own knowledge as well as offer his clients a better and more professional service.
In his spare time Brett is a semi-professional vocalist and loves singing the classics. He is also an enthusiastic golfer. A member of the Royal Perth Golf Club since the mid 90’s and playing competitively since 1969. Brett and his wife Dawn are proud parents of two children.
