About Biljana Trifunoska
Born in Macedonia, I migrated to Perth in 2005 and spent 17 years studying then working as a perioperative nurse before following my real passion into real estate. In 2020 I became co owner and Director of Gest Real Estate alongside my husband Peter, and I now run the full spectrum of the business, not just sales.
A large part of my clientele are doctors, specialists and other busy health professionals, many of them referrals from colleagues I worked alongside during my nursing career. They come to me because they need someone they can hand their entire property portfolio to and trust it's being managed properly. I handle sales, rentals, property management and commercial leasing, so clients get one point of contact across their whole portfolio instead of juggling different agents for each part of it. I also run an integrated property styling service alongside my listings, giving clients strategy and presentation from the one place.
