Tim Schifferli was naturally drawn to the real estate industry having bought and sold many houses over the years.
Now an experienced property consultant and Licensee of the Davey Scarborough Office, Tim understands what is required to make the sales process as smooth as possible for both buyer and seller.
“My previous career involved dealing with a variety of people at individual and corporate levels. Having spent years managing sales teams, the transition to real estate sales has been smooth and very enjoyable,” Tim says of his 20+ year career in the liquor industry fulfilling senior roles with companies such as Orlando Wyndham and Amberley Estate.
“One of my favourite moments in real estate was my first sale - it was a great feeling,” he says. “Communication is extremely important and I believe in working as a team with my vendors and keeping them informed throughout the entire process.”
Tim lives in Scarborough, and previously Woodlands with his wife and family of three children.
He is an active member of the community - a life member and past President of both the Marist Football Club and Newman Churchlands Swimming Club and is a member of Scarboro Surf Club and Scarborough Sportsmen's Club, both of whom Davey sponsors. (Davey is also a sponsor of Woodlands Tee-ball club.
He also enjoys watching his girls play netball and son play amateur football. And given his background, it's no surprise Tim still enjoys a glass of good wine with friends.
