Kevin Brincat Real Estate

Kevin was a Partner in David Evans Rockingham office, began his real estate career in real estate in 2001.
After doing his time as a sales representative at David Evans Real Estate Whitfords Office and gaining his Principals Licence, Kevin managed then went on to managing David Evans Joondalup Office sales for several years before taking the plunge to become a partner in setting up the David Evans Real Estate Rockingham Office in 2009.
He's never looked back as the office was the group's top performer in the number of sales achieved.
Davide Evans has since retired in 2019 and Kevin has continued on opening his own business Kevin Brincat Real Estate in 2020.

Kevin sees a bright future for the office as he is extremely positive about the future growth potential of Perth.
