Hi, I'm John, one of the managing directors of Harcourts Initiative. Our office is based in Malaga and is centrally located within my specialized areas of Mirrabooka, Balga, Girrawheen, Marangaroo, Alexander Heights, Koondoola, Ballajura, Beechboro and Bennett Springs, but we can sell anywhere in Perth. I started practicing Real Estate back in 2001 when I undertook a year of training at Professionals, Realestate. From 2002 to 2019, I then worked at RayWhite, eventually going on to train other agents myself. In mid-2019, I joined the Harcourts group, along with my business partner, to open our office in Malaga.
Over the last twenty-two years, I have had the privilege of representing more than 700 homes and negotiating the best possible deals for my clients, including some of the highest prices recorded in Mirrabooka and its surroundings. I pride myself in getting results that exceed expectations, and I strive to provide excellent service, professionalism, and ethical practice. I understand that when I am entrusted to sell my client’s biggest asset, it is important to be professional and honest at all times, as well as to provide the necessary skillset and up-to-date marketing methods to achieve the premium price their property deserves.

For every buyer, I offer an honest and professional opinion in order to help find their ideal property, whether they are looking for a home or an investment.
I was born and raised in Perth and graduated from Mercy College. I have lived and worked locally most of my life, and I am both a licensee and active sales agent, holding diplomas in Real Estate and Property Services. My community involvements have included the Motor Neurone Disease Association WA, Cancer Council WA and Red Cross Appeal.
In 2013 John proudly achieved Elite status. Achieving this status is based on $500,000 settled commission in the January to December 2013 year
