For over 30 years Grant has co-managed and owned a diversified group of businesses including a very successful Hotel, Motel, Restaurant, retail and Roadhouse, thus giving me highly developed people, team management and negotiation skills together with a solid background in business management. I look back sometimes and muse about how ridiculously tough 18 hour day industries are in which to earn one’s strips, in fact both make the ‘extremely demanding’ real estate business a walk in the park in comparison.
