After years in refrigeration and airconditioning, a desire for a change led Brendon August to real estate and Encore Property Group.
“I’ve always had a strong interest in real estate and after meeting with Paula I decided it was time to pursue that interest and build a career,” he said.
“Encore is a great boutique, family-oriented business with a fantastic culture and commitment to exceptional service and I knew we’d be a great fit.”
Having come from a position as an operations manager, Brendon brings outstanding organisational, leadership and communications skills to his role and is passionate about building strong personal relationships and delivering a high level of service.
“It’s all about my clients,” he said.
“I work closely with them to understand their needs and am committed to achieving the outcomes they desire.”
Brendon is Encore’s Baldivis specialist.
He knows the southern suburbs well, having lived in Rockingham for almost 20 years, moving to Baldivis in 2015 when he and his wife Kate built a house there.
“It’s a terrific place to live, with a wonderful community atmosphere and plenty of parks for families to visit and create special memories,” he said.
When not out and about helping people buy and sell property, Brendon enjoys watching AFL and NBL and is a dedicated Wildcats supporter.
He is also a life member at Fremantle CBC Amateur football club, has served as a committee member for several years and is honoured to have guided three teams to premierships during his time as a coach.
He is a proud father of four, and loves spending time with his kids, especially taking them fishing, crabbing and boating in the Cockburn to Peel regions.
