I have been in this industry since 1999 and have primarily worked within the Western Suburbs corridor.
All of my annual training has been with REIWA and I also have been trained, qualified and practiced as one of the few female auctioneers. My "epiphany" occurred in 2009 where I thought I could bring a different real estate business model to the industry making it more transparent, innovative and able to meet the market with tailor-made campaigns for each individual property. Hence, I called the company Epiphany.
With the increasing number of agents arriving in the industry and the focus on internet advertising it was definitely time for a change. The internet is our shop front window now, not your local agent with window displays.
We now are able to sell homes in any suburb from our West Perth base and we make it easier for our sellers and buyers by driving out to them wherever possible. We have worked closely with small to medium developments as well as taking on property managements for investors. We also currently work closely with BGC Residential /National Homes and Strata Wise to offer house and land packages but have also worked with the Ventura Homes Group, Summit Group and Spaduccini.
We are a husband and wife team, mature in age but young enough to utilise the benefits of widespread internet marketing, giving cost-effective campaigns to all sellers in any area.
As agents all get the same sales information from the same sources, it allows us to be as in front as the local agent. No agent "has/owns" the buyers...the buyers do their own research and are able to assess quite quickly the worth of each property before they make a decision to buy. We give you the current market conditions each week but ultimately, you will decide if you really want to sell in today's market or not.
