Sellwood Realty was founded by Scott Ellwood with a clear vision: to deliver a real estate experience grounded in trust, integrity and a focus on delivering exceptional results.
Scott grew up in Perth’s Western Suburbs and, after a successful corporate career, was inspired by his late mother, Sandra Ellwood, to transition into real estate. Drawing on the skills and experience gained in some of the world’s leading corporate organisations, he brings a clear sense of purpose, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to making a meaningful impact for his clients as a leader in the industry.
Since receiving his first sales registration in November 2013 and completing his Diploma of Property Services (Agency Management) in 2018, Scott has built a successful career defined by strong relationships, strategic thinking, and consistently delivering exceptional results for his clients.
Prior to establishing Sellwood Realty, Scott worked with Perth’s leading premium property agency, ACTON, in the Dalkeith/Cottesloe office, which later became part of the Belle Property network. Throughout his career, he has developed a high level of repeat and referral business and has gained extensive experience across the Perth metropolitan market, particularly in the Western Suburbs. His expertise spans a primary focus on all sectors of residential property and extends into segments within commercial real estate and business broking, offering clients broad market insight and informed, strategic guidance.
