A 10 year sub lease with an option for an additional 10 years gives any prospective sub lessee time to fully utilize the property and establish a well managed herd of quality cattle without the need to lock up the capital or service the debt required to purchase a property of this size and scale.

The resident cattle herd are fully acclimatized and will provide natural increase from day one and additional waters can be set up relatively quickly if required.

There will be a brand new 4 x 2 homestead which will provide a high level of comfort and the new shed and workshop will be a pleasure to operate in.

There is sufficient plant and equipment as well as tanks, troughs and fencing material to get started and operate.

The proposed sub lease will provide for up to 20% of the annual lease payment to be invested in capital works materials and be credited towards the lease payment.
