Victoria Park is a mixed-use suburb just three kilometres east of Perth City. Established in 1831, Victoria Park has experienced rapid growth in recent years and is now home to more than 8,500 people among its three square kilometre land area.

The Albany Highway commercial and entertainment strip is a drawcard of Victoria Park with an array of restaurants, pubs, bars, cafes and more on offer. The numerous parks and reserves in the area are great for residents to explore, while other features of note include Centro Victoria Park Shopping Centre, Associate for the Blind of WA -Guide Dogs WA, the Woodside Guide Dog Discovery Centre and several local schools.
