    Suburb spotlight: Midvale -’s suburb spotlight is on Midvale this week, which experienced 12.5 per cent growth to its annual quarterly median house price across the year to 30 September 2015.

    Situated 17 kilometres from the Perth CBD, an increase in infrastructure in recent times has added significant value to Midvale’s suburban appeal.

    Houses in Midvale make up approximately 67 per cent of the property landscape in the area, while duplexes, villas and townhouses make up 29.1 per cent of properties. The remaining 3.9 per cent of properties are either flats, units or apartments.
