    The suburb spotlight is on Kallaroo this week, which experienced significant growth to its annual median house price in the year to September 2016.

    Close to the ocean, Kallaroo is one of the four 'Whitfords' suburbs that resulted from the State Government rezoning large areas of coastal land for development in 1969.

    Median house price

    If you’re thinking about buying a house in Kallaroo, the median price is $785,000 (based on settled sales as at 16 January for the year to 30 September 2016), which represents a substantial growth rate of 19.1 per cent over the year.
