    Just 10 kilometers north-west of the Perth CBD, Innaloo is a mixed use suburb close to the beach and features both residential and commercial sectors.

    Innaloo’s median house price has remained fairly stable over the past year at $580,000 (for the year to June 2017 based on settled sales as at 9 October), adjusting back just 1.7 per cent.

    To purchase a house in the suburb’s lower quartile price range, you could expect to pay $510,000, while its upper quartile house price sits at $680,000.

    Unit price

    Unit prices in Innaloo are more affordable than houses, with Innaloo's median unit price recorded at $420,000 for the year to June 2017 (based on settled sales as at 9 October).

    You could expect to purchase a unit in Innaloo for around $375,000 if buying in the suburb’s lower quartile, while its upper quartile unit price sits at $460,000.

    Land price

    For buyers who want to purchase a block of land to build their dream home on, the median land price in Innaloo is $415,000.

    The upper and lower quartile land prices in Innaloo are $480,000 and $345,000 respectively.
