• REIWA agents key in making Salvos’ Sleeping Bag Appeal a success

    New

On Monday, REIWA handed over a generous amount of sleeping bags, blankets and swags collected by REIWA agents, for The Salvation Army in support of its annual Winter Appeal to help the homeless.

REIWA CEO Neville Pozzi said the volume of sleeping bags and blankets donated by the WA public to the REIWA agency collection points was extremely pleasing.

“Each year we see how tough it can be for homeless people during the colder months. This year, West Aussies have proved that they are a generous bunch to help the homeless sleep warm this winter,” said Mr Pozzi.

While the Salvos’ Sleeping Bag Appeal has come to an end, you can still help the homeless this winter by donating to The Salvation Army.

With a record number of agencies taking part of the appeal, REIWA would like to specially thank the following agencies for their support of the Salvos’ Sleeping Bag Appeal:

    Northern & Western

    Eastern & Central

    Southern

    Regional
