Sales activity increased 2.2 per cent in Perth last week, with REIWA members reporting 879 transactions.
This can be attributed to a 6.7 per cent increase in house sales, a 0.6 per cent increase in unit sales and a 30 per cent decrease in vacant land sales over the week.
There were 8,532 properties for sale in Perth at the end of last week, which is one per cent more than the previous week.
A closer look at listing stock levels shows house listings increased by 0.5 per cent, unit listings increased by 1.7 per cent and listings for vacant
land increased by 1.3 per cent.
