Hillside Show Home for 1st homebuyer.

An Amazing opportunity to get a completely renovated home in the desirable Clifton Hills, on a quiet street for a dead set bargain price.
That's right! Only $349,000+ for something that has been completely overhauled inside and out with uber stylish finishings from the new kitchen, new bathroom and new laundry right the way through to the new flooring, restored and painted roof, new paved Driveway, texture coated external walls and fully reticulated landscaped yard. And that doesn't cover it all either.
This fully fenced property would only need a gate on the brick pillared front wall, and your pooch would have access to the entire property. Plus there's 2 outdoor patio areas, and parking galore in the expansive carport.
