Cute Cottage on Beenyup Brook

This was Byford at the very beginning, a small town established to support the state brickworks up on the scarp and this home on the highway was one of the earliest homes built in the suburb. Built in 1925 and sitting on a huge 1141m2 block with the Beenyup Brook meandering through the property with established trees, lush green lawns and so much room for the kids to roam and explore.
