A Class Above The Rest!

Stunningly surrounded by other top-quality cul-de-sac homes in Yanchep's magnificent "Capricorn Beach" estate, this award-winning 2012-built 4-bedroom 2-bathroom residence by Summit Homes Group is uniquely positioned just walking distance away from pristine white beaches and the beautiful blue Yanchep Lagoon.

This eco-friendly abode on a low-maintenance 586sqm block offers over 300sqm of total living space, with most of your casual time sure to be spent enjoying the airiness of an open-plan family, dining and kitchen area - cathedral-style ceiling, crystal chandelier and all. The stylish kitchen itself is of the highest calibre, headlined by first-class Eco stone bench tops, a huge fridge and freezer recess, a massive double-door pantry, a six-burner gas cooktop, integrated Ariston range-hood, microwave, oven/grill and dishwasher appliances, a sliding-stacker servery window to an alfresco bar and splendid views of the rear garden, as well as the shimmering below-ground swimming pool and bubbling outdoor spa.

Gorgeous travertine floor tiles grace the fabulous entertaining alfresco, whilst solid Spotted Gum timber provides a gleaming platform for most of the interior. Doubling living options is a carpeted theatre room with an elevated seating area that has all the cinema-style trappings, whilst the study-come-home office is large enough to be partitioned and converted into a fifth bedroom off the entry foyer.

The bedrooms are all generously proportioned, including three minor bedrooms with mirrored built-in wardrobes and a sumptuous master suite where a feature wall, white plantation shutters, a walk-in wardrobe and direct access to the poolside alfresco meet an impressive ensuite bathroom with an over-sized deep bathtub, a double rain shower with feature lighting, twin stone-vanity basins, heat lamps and a separate toilet. Completing this spectacular package is a remote-controlled double garage with a handy internal shopper's entrance, external access and a storage loft.

On the doorstep of majestic 3.6-hectare estate parklands lies a Campground Adventure Park for families, whilst two beach-access boardwalks can also be found nearby, as can both the Seaside and Viridis Parks at either end of the street. Throw in the natural beauty of Yanchep National Park, Yanchep Beach Primary School, Yanchep Lagoon Primary School, Yanchep Secondary College, Yanchep Central Shopping Centre and the Sun City Country Club and you have yourself a dream location you will fall in love with just 20 minutes north of Joondalup and less than 60 minutes from Perth's vibrant CBD!

Yanchep overview

Yanchep is an outer suburb located on the coast, 56 kilometres north of Perth. Originally a small crayfishing settlement, it was developed by entrepreneur Alan Bond in the 1970s. The name ‘Yanchep’ was adapted from the Nyoongar word ‘Yandjip’, or ‘Yanget’, which is their word for the bulrush reed that is abundant around the wetlands of the area. Its boundaries as a suburb are extremely large, covering over 220 square kilometres and taking up almost the entire northern and north-eastern portion of the City of Wanneroo.

Life in Yanchep

As a suburb, Yanchep has a shopping centre with a large Woolworths and various specialty shops such as a newsagency, butcher, bakery, hair salon, travel agency, cafe, massage and nail salons and fast food outlets. A garden centre, vet and various other businesses are also located in the industrial area a few hundred metres from the shopping centre.

Yanchep is a popular tourist destination due to its close proximity to the Yanchep National Park, therefore most residents are located in a small enclave around Yanchep Beach Road, near the coast. There are two primary schools and one secondary school in the area, with a new primary school expected to open in 2021.
