LARGE SCALE LUXURY & BIG BOY TOYSHOP

Everything here is of EPIC proportions and we mean EPIC!!

Situated in the much sought after 'Darling Fields Estate' awaits an amazing one of a kind property brimming at the edges with so much value. It's mind boggling to think what the replacement costs would be to re-establish a property of this magnitude and quality.

Suited to both buyers who like the more refined things in life and also those who may want to get in touch with that inner bogan to house all their Big Boy toys in this Airport hanger sized 390m2 workshops - 'yeah at least double the size of most family homes'.....CRAZY BIG!

Now the workshop is humungous and the home is super sprawling designed especially for Big families, blended family Brady Bunches, dual families or just extra rooms ideal for long term guests especially when you have a semi self contained wing.

The three major living zones are whopping in size and cleverly designed to create segregation but at the same time flow and bring the family together at the classy yet practical central kitchen hub that overlooks the alfresco entertaining area and pool area.

But besides the colossal space of this home what really brings this whole package together is the quality of the dcor and workmanship inside and outside with renovations and improvements completed some 4-5 years ago totalling in approximately $300k.

Forget trying to build or renovate an existing home this is the solution you've been searching for!

Maida Vale overview

This area was first settled in 1873 by William Henry Mead. He built a home in the Ridge Hill area, and established an orchard named "Orangedale". The name of Maida Vale was chosen as the district name by a public meeting of local residents in 1910, and comes from the property name of another early settler, Mr W H McCormack. It is assumed that the name was derived from that of the west London suburb of this name, which in turn is named after Maida (S. Pietro di Maida) in Calabria, Italy. The British Army defeated the French there in 1806, and in commemoration of the victory Maida Hall and Maida Vale were named.

Life in Maida Vale

Within the suburb there is a primary school, Maida Vale Primary School, a golf course, numerous parks/ovals, small shops, and a heated swimming pool. Maida Vale retains areas of natural bushland and is not completely built-up with housing.
