High-quality materials have been utilised in tandem with thoughtful and luxurious design to create an experience that is truly one of a kind.
Greeting you as you drive into the estate is a most impressive façade. Four colossal concrete pillars adjoin to the property itself and look out onto an enormous, perfectly manicured front yard. As you take your first steps through the residence, you will immediately be struck by the grandeur that this property possesses. The front room seems like something out of a fairy tale, with a large marble-tiled staircase that connects to the upstairs living areas and bedrooms, seemingly inviting you to take your next steps through the property. Either side of the staircase is the first of two formal dining rooms as well as an informal living area.
As you make your way upstairs, you will be greeted by the spacious theatre room. From here you can make your way through to the naturally oversized master. The room looks out onto the front yard and boasts a large en-suite and walk in closet – both of which have full height tiling throughout. Towards the western wing of the second level lies 3 luxuriously spacious minor bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms all with full height tiling.
Now making your way downstairs, you will walk through the main dining area and open plan kitchen. The kitchen itself has its own self-contained cooking area that facilitates modern living in a way that is rarely experienced. From here you can make your way to another huge living area. This room connects seamlessly to the beautiful outdoor alfresco which can be opened up through the use of roller blinds. Looking out onto the enormous garden that features a picturesque dam, you can begin to imagine a lifestyle that is the epitome of both luxury and seclusion.

This area was first settled in 1873 by William Henry Mead. He built a home in the Ridge Hill area, and established an orchard named "Orangedale". The name of Maida Vale was chosen as the district name by a public meeting of local residents in 1910, and comes from the property name of another early settler, Mr W H McCormack. It is assumed that the name was derived from that of the west London suburb of this name, which in turn is named after Maida (S. Pietro di Maida) in Calabria, Italy. The British Army defeated the French there in 1806, and in commemoration of the victory Maida Hall and Maida Vale were named.
Within the suburb there is a primary school, Maida Vale Primary School, a golf course, numerous parks/ovals, small shops, and a heated swimming pool. Maida Vale retains areas of natural bushland and is not completely built-up with housing.
