We all fantasise about what we’d include in a brand-new home build. Sometimes it’s practical stuff, such as nifty storage solutions, smart wiring, or picture rails. Location-wise, Dianella really brings the goods. Fresh air is a fabulous drawcard and if you’re a fan of taking the dog for a run, indulging in a spot of yoga at dawn, or taking a peaceful post-dinner stroll, the Dianella Regional Open Space is definitely the spot for it and is only 300m from your door. Let’s not overlook shopping as cardio though; it’s important to strike a balance when it comes to recreation. Dianella Plaza (1km) is great for practical shopping trips but if you really want to indulge your love of retail then the Galleria and Coventry Village will hit the spot, and both are just a smidge over 2km away. Combine all this with the proximity to the social hotspots of Inglewood and the CBD and you’ll be eternally grateful to yourself for buying this brilliant block.
