If you love outdoor entertaining with family and friends over a BBQ with a beer or a wine and the kids splashing in sparkling below ground pool or kicking the footy in the massive backyard, then look no further. This feature packed, 4 bedroom 2 bathroom family home may just be the one for you!

Stepping in through the front door, you are welcomed into the carpeted formal lounge. The ideal place to bust out the popcorn and choc tops for family movie nights.

Adjacent to the lounge is the spacious master bedroom, which makes for an ideal parent's retreat. With carpet underfoot, a walk-in robe and a light and bright ensuite with feature tiling, the neutral décor makes for a relaxing space.

Heading down the hall to the kid's wing, they are going to love their new double bedrooms as they are all carpeted and come with built in robes.

The bathroom that services this wing of the home is light and bright with feature tiling and of course, that all important bath to soak away the day's troubles. The toilet is separate and just off the functional laundry.

Moving in to the heart of the home, you will arrive at the open plan kitchen, dining and in formal lounge rooms. Hard wearing and low maintenance tiling is underfoot and a wood burning combustion heater offers ambience and will keep you toasty warm in the colder months. As a bonus, you can also use the wood heater as an oven.

Cook up a storm in the kitchen. Downlights illuminate the breakfast bar and double sink. Storage is not a problem with stacks of under bench cabinetry and pantry. The 600mm wall oven and gas cooktop will make cooking a pleasure and there is a convenient shopper's entry direct from the double garage.

Get the party started in the big, pitched alfresco area! Glass fencing offers views from the alfresco into the saltwater pool so you can keep a watchful eye on the kids and Colourbond fencing on the sides and back offer privacy.

With views out to the hills and no neighbours at the rear of the property, the massive back yard is a fantastic spot for the kids to have a game of backyard cricket or kick the footy.

Need storage for the toys? Then the big 9 x 6m (approx.) powered workshop and adjoining 9 x 6m (approx.) lean to should fit the bill. Side access plus through access through the double garage offer access.

Ravenswood overview

The townsite of Ravenswood is located in the south west region, 83 km south of Perth and 8 km south east of Mandurah. It is located on a bend in the Murray River, and was originally the name of a property taken up in this area by Adam Armstrong in the 1840's. Armstrong's property was known as "Ravenswood Farm". Ravenswood was known as a locality as early as 1895, and following private subdivision in the area in the 1960's the Shire of Murray requested the declaration of a townsite. The townsite of Ravenswood was gazetted in 1970.
