What we love
The tranquility of it all. This beautifully-presented 4 bedroom 2 bathroom family home plus a studio occupies one of Sorrento’s quietest and most enviable pockets and finds itself nestled just footsteps away from bus stops, the lovely Robin Reserve, Sorrento Primary School and fantastic community and sporting facilities at Percy Doyle Reserve across the underpass. The scene is set almost right away in the form of a gorgeous front lounge room-come-study where gleaming timber floorboards meet a ceiling fan, a feature log fireplace and precede the soaring raked ceilings of a neatly-tiled family room with split-system air-conditioning and fabulous bi-folding doors that seamlessly extend out to the rear alfresco setting. Also tiled, the adjacent open-plan kitchen and dining area boasts a breakfast bar for casual meals, double sinks, a servery window into the family room, a contemporary stainless-steel dishwasher and more.
Outdoors, a sparkling backyard swimming pool is certain to be utilised to no end as summer well and truly heats up, whilst an expansive backyard leaves plenty of room for the kids to play and includes an extensive paved patio and pergola entertaining area for mum and dad to impress their guests with. Beyond gorgeous double French doors, the separate modern studio with a powder room and air-conditioning can be anything from a studio to a home office if need be – its versatility will astound you!

Both the laundry and main bathroom have been cleverly revamped to include heaps of built-in storage options – the latter also benefiting from the luxury of floor-to-ceiling tiling, a stone vanity, heat lamps and a feature rain shower.

Sorrento is an established outer-northern suburb of Perth admired for its coastal lifestyle. Bound by the Indian Ocean to the west, Sorrento is four square kilometres in size. Though settlement of Sorrento dates from the mid 1800s, rapid development and growth didn't occur until the 1970s. Growth continued through till the early 1990s and has remained relatively stable since the mid 1990s.
Residents of Sorrento enjoy the desirable position of being close to major urban developments while still removed enough to soak up the benefits of suburban living. Relaxed and laid back, Sorrento features a number of parks and walkways for locals to explore and has access to two beaches. Seacrest Village Shopping Centre services the suburbs basic commercial requirements and there are two local schools.
