Well ain't this something different. The designer of this home took a little bit of the federation style and stirred it with some practical living spaces and stuck it on a low maintenance block and here we have it, and it is a very nice home indeed!

WHERE IT IS
If you've got kids its incredibly close to the Kelmscott Senior High School it's down toward the agricultural section of this excellent high school so don't be surprised if you occasionally hear a "moo" or a "bok bok bgurk" in the middle of suburbia. It's remarkably close to public transport and as the Kelmscott revitalisation takes shape, the Kelmscott town centre with all of its many offerings is even more integrated than ever before into this great area. It is a cul-de-sac street and from my experience down here it is a friendly neighbourhood.
