* You must be 50 and over to reside here
* Cannot be used an investment property
* You must first have an interview with the Old Mill Park Management and be accepted to reside in the park before submitting an offer
* The dwelling is on leased land from the Park where you pay a daily rate of approximately $25.00 per day. Water usage is included with the lease fees. Power is metered and invoiced directly to you from the park. You are paying for the purchase of the van and annexe.
