HAS ALL THE FEATURES

This property presents very well and has the space and options to suit the whole family. Boasting a separate lounge and games room so there is ample living space from the get go.

The kitchen and bathroom have both had a facelift, all your heating and cooling requirements are covered between split systems and a gas point.

There is plenty of yard to work with so heaps of potential for a shed and extra parking. Even a reserve to the rear so no immediate neighbors at the back and quality, extra height colorbond fencing for privacy & security.

A mere five minute stroll to the school in one direction, or the sports oval in the other, so really, what more could you want? Add to this a great tenant in place as well!

Pinjarra overview

The townsite of Pinjarra is located in the south west agricultural region, 87 km south of Perth and 21 km south east of Mandurah. It is located near a ford over the Murray River, and land was reserved for a townsite here in 1831. Surveys were carried out in 1836 and land allocated to settlers in 1837. The name was often shown spelt "Pinjarrup" on early maps, and the accepted spelling for many years was "Pinjarrah". There are conflicting theories regarding the meaningof this Aboriginal name. It is usually said to mean "place of a swamp", but it is more likely named after the "Pindjarup" tribe, the Aboriginal group that frequented this area.
