This is pretty rough folks… Pretty is generous because it's ugly. Rough is being polite.

Normally you have to wait for a home open to get through a property but this is one very open home, because there's no front door. It's a delightful "airy" home.

So this one is going to need a whole lot of doing. Start by adding a front door, and work from there.

It's a duplex half.
We have brick walls, and a roof.
It's been tagged up inside when it was sitting empty and so now we've got some paint to paint over.
The location is quite handy and it's close to schools and parks and the Champion Lakes rowing facility.
It needs a new kitchen, bathroom, doors, windows, flooring and possibly other bits and pieces too.
I just sold a really lovely duplex not far from here for $360,000 a while ago and that's some indication as to what nice places can sell for.
