Family home with a large studio?

If you looking for a family home with extra space, this home has
4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large outdoor entertaining area with spa AND a large studio. Remember your music lessons? The studio is approximately 50 meters square and is well known to many of Narrogin's young musicians. Continue to use it as a music studio or change its tune. Why not a 'work from home' office, an art studio or a large games room. Walk a few steps from the studio, past the entry to the double car garage and into the house. Inside and to your left is the master bedroom with ensuite and built in wardrobe. To your right are three minor bedrooms with an upgraded bathroom. Walk straight ahead to the kitchen and meals area and then into the formal lounge. Step outside to large decked entertaining area with the high gabled roof. Here, the current owners have loved watching their outdoor TV while relaxing in the spa. This is an ideal place for a large casual lounge, dining setting or even a new outdoor kitchen. Narrogin overview

The townsite of Narrogin is located in the great southern agricultural region, 192 km south east of Perth and 32 km east north east of Williams. It is located on the Great Southern Railway, and when this line was opened in 1889, Narrogin was one of the original stopping places. The railway line was a private line, and the Company that built the line declared a private townsite here in 1891. The railway was purchased by the Government in 1896, and in 1897 Narrogin was gazetted as a government townsite.

Narrogin is an Aboriginal name, having been first recorded as "Narroging" for a pool in this area in 1869. The meaning of the name is uncertain, various sources recording it as "bat camp", "plenty of everything" or derived from "gnargagin" which means "place of water".
