28 Lyall is a world-class building created by multi-award-winning architectural design firm, Bates Smart. A modernist interpretation of South Perth's horizontal streetscapes, 28 Lyall is a collection of extraordinary homes, stacked vertically to create a village in the sky.

Designed to enhance the human experience, the building features an array of purposeful spaces to escape, relax and entertain, including a ground floor café, private residents dining room and lounge, landscaped deck with alfresco BBQ area, fully equipped gym and heated pool. Lush landscaping on the podium level and residence winter gardens have been included to enhance the wellbeing of residents.
