Irreplaceable Elegance on the River in Clifton Park

Set in a high-class, tightly held street, surrounded by quality homes, this masterpiece is not something you see in the homes of today.

It's sheer size is enough to make you feel like you have stepped into another era. With high ceilings, a grand staircase, rich timber finishes and quality fittings throughout, this home could never be replaced.

Incorporating five bedrooms, three bathrooms, multiple formal and informal living areas, it caters for even the largest of families. The master bedroom has a huge parents retreat off that could be used for any number of purposes. The retreat leads to the balcony, where you could lose hours enjoying the views of the Collie River and beyond.

The home is set on a large 827 sqm parcel of land, backing on to the river reserve. The reserve can be accessed from your back gate, so you can enjoy the walking trails along the river. The trail leads you to locations including the Bunbury Golf Club and the boat ramp.

This property will provide you a beautiful lifestyle that you cannot find just anywhere.

The estate of Clifton Park is a lovely community with a small, sought after primary school only an 800 metre walk or a two minute drive away. People apply from all around the Bunbury area to attend the school.
