All the Trimmings!

Looking for that perfect home that has all the trimmings? Then look no further.

What a home, spacious, modern and caters for everyone looking for a home. No shortcuts here as you can see from the grand entrance of the timber deck and timber ceiling that as soon as you walk in the door you are in for something special. Tastefully decorated in neutral greys, charcoals, a hint of black throughout the whole home gives you a calming homely feeling from the Theatre room right through to outside entertaining.
The home features open plan living, stunning kitchen with 900mm stainless appliances, stone benches with waterfall marri timber extension, and check out the black subway tiles for the backsplash.
There is a games room currently used as a bar entertaining area, between the bedrooms there's also a study nook, no home is complete without a theatre room and this one will fit the whole family easily. The master bedroom definitely has the wow factor, spacious with plenty of robe space and a unique way to access the beautiful ensuite. All the other bedrooms are double in size to cater for the growing family and all feature built-in robes.
Outside entertaining is double the standard size with aggregate concrete extending out even further to cater for those large family events. As you can see there is enough room for the kids with room for swings and trampoline and dads not forgotten either.
The shed, designed to fit the corner of the block, it's not square and it's huge with 6m front 9m rear approximately, there is enough side access for the smaller things such as trailers, jet ski, motorbikes, dinghy's or smaller cars to get to the shed.

This is an absolutely stunning home and a must see on your list, inspections are by private viewings only so call me today and make a time, it will be worth it.
