Don't settle for anything less!

Why would you, when this property offers you so much and asks great value in return. It's just simple math's - cheap levies of $210 pq, freestanding, survey strata, 250sqm and its low maintenance. It's a win win in my opinion!

As far as floor plans go this one really takes the cake - all bedrooms have built in robes, the master bedroom has its own private ensuite and bedroom two has a semi ensuite into the main bathroom. The living and dining area is open plan in design and has great indoor/outdoor flow to the private courtyard with a beautiful alfresco area which gets great sun and just simply has a great feel about it! The kitchen is a great size and has ample space and a gas cooktop. With added features such as a double lock up garage, LED lighting, separate laundry room, ceiling fans and much more.

Located at the rear of a well maintained boutique group of only 7 homes, you'll love the community feel and location wise you're only moments to the Swan River, cycle path, local cafes, golf course, tennis and bowls club, yacht club, Eighth Avenue caf strip up the road, local transport and only 6kms to Perth CBD.

Maylands overview

Maylands is a riverside inner-city suburb approximately 4.5 kilometres northeast of Perth, serviced by the Midland railway line on the northern bank of the Swan River. In 1896 the name "Maylands" was first used to identify the area, appearing on a poster advertising a land auction. However the exact reason how the area got its name is something of a mystery.

The suburb was once a source of clay for brick and tile making at Maylands Brickworks, and the pits from these activities are now part of a golf course and residential area. It was home to Perth's main airport until the early 1960s, and the facilities were converted to a training area for the Western Australian Police Service.

Life in Maylands

Maylands is known as a cultural and creative hub as it is home to The West Australian Ballet Centre and home to the WA Youth Jazz Orchestra. In recent years, new bars, cafés and restaurants, along with gourmet food and retail outlets have all contributed to an ongoing transformation of the town centre into a lively, diverse and inclusive destination. There are numerous shopping centres in the area, 15 parks and reserves and two primary schools.
