Ladies and Gentlemen I am proud to present to the market 39A Mullings Way, Myaree.
Situated close to the leafy Marmion Reserve is this homely 4 bed 2 bath home. Its quite surprising how spacious this home actually is. The master bedroom at the front of the home has great floor space even with the every necessary queen/king bed you still have plenty of room. There is also plenty of storage space in the walk in robe and you have your own en-suite too.
One of the main things that i'm sure your probably looking for is two living areas so don't worry we have you covered. With one in the main living area and then the second upstairs which overlooks the main living area and could also be used as a large home office, gaming room or even play room.
The main living area has plenty of natural thanks to the high vaulted ceiling and sky light. With such a large living, dining and kitchen area it would easy to host some of the best soiree's and this area continues out onto the extremely well covered patio area.
Now there may not be any garden here but almost literally across the road is Marmion Reserve which is Myaree's biggest garden! Then just down the road and i mean just down the road is the local shopping centre with a 24hr IGA.
In terms of public school zones for the kids this home is in the Melville Primary and Melville Secondary School catchment area.
So if you are looking for a low maintenance, spacious family home with amenities close by then come and check out this one.
> Ducted Reverse Cycle Air Con
> Built in pantry
> Stone bench tops
> Double Garage
> Easy care low maintenance rear block

Prior to 1954, the suburb now named Myaree was part of Melville until the Melville Road Board acquired land and planning for an urban residential area in conjunction with an industrial area. The name, Myaree, which is an Aboriginal word meaning 'foliage', was suggested and street names were chosen commemorating men of the district who died on active service in the first world war and old residents who had played an active part in the development of the area.
Myaree is home to a retail hub along Leach Highway which includes many major retail outlets and public transport, providing a short journey to Fremantle and Perth City. Other features include seven reserves and parks such as Marmion Reserve, a sporting space with it's own lake with walking path.
