This lovely rural holding of 117 acres is situated west of Denmark in a high rainfall area close to the valley of the giants. The home has great rustic ambience and very fitting for the location featuring High ceilings, clearstory windows letting in the northern light and great timber work throughout. A generous sized powered workshop is close to the house as is the Vegie patch and the chook house to rival all chook houses. About 50 acres of loamy pastures are currently home to some pretty contented sheep and could easily be stocked for cattle as well. Then property is well watered with the forests areas under conservation and has some magnificent examples of sheoak, karri, marri, jarrah, tingle and swamp gum.
What a great self-sufficient lifestyle property in which you could lease out the paddocks or run your own stock.
Nearby are some of the best surfing and fishing beaches in the region as well as all the trails.

The townsite of Denmark, located on the south coast 51 kilometres west of Albany, was gazetted a townsite in 1909. It is located on the Denmark River from which it derives its name, the river having been named by the explorer Dr J B Wilson RN in December 1829. Wilson named it the "Denmark" in compliment to his friend Dr. Alexander Denmark R.N. a physician to the fleet. The Aboriginal name "Koorrabup", recorded by Alfred Hillman in 1833, also refers to this area.
Although a townsite was not declared here until 1909, a settlement of this name had existed here for some years previous. A Millars Bros. Timber mill was established on the banks of the river in 1894.
