Why build when you can buy new

Why are they selling you may ask? Well circumstances change and the seller has had a change of direction (one person’s loss is another’s gain) and this near new home is a delight right through. Completed by REDINK homes in 2019 the views offered are quiet impressive and with the fences now complete and the retaining finished it’s really starting to take shape, with loads of room still left you can add your shed/pool/gazebo/garden whatever you can envision and make it yours!!! With Solar on the roof the whole house enjoys ducted reverse cycle Air-conditioning.

Things you should know:

*Entry is through the front door or double garage that is facing East so this is not the entertaining side of the house but still enjoys a nice outlook to the bush across the road.

*All the living areas feature huge tiles that are a statement in themselves and easy to keep clean, the bedrooms, theatre room and activity room are carpeted.

*The master bedroom is at the Eastern side of the house and it’s very impressive with loads of natural light and walk through robe with direct access to the en-suite with separate toilet.

*The theatre room is down the hallway on your way to the main living area which is open and spacious with room for a secondary lounge area plus Kitchen and Dining with impressive views from every angle.

*The kitchen is very inclusive of the living area and being new it is well appointed with the floating Island bench giving loads of room for prep and the walk-in pantry at the end of the kitchen space is awesome. The views on offer are Coastal and bush hinterland where the local wildlife keeps you entertained

*Offering loads of living options the 3 minor bedrooms are carpeted and separated by the Laundry and second bathroom, oh the toilet is separate too (phew) with an activity room at this wing of the house it’s very livable.

*The outside patio/BBQ area has a built-in BBQ and the views are impressive to say the least, with dual driveways there is heaps of room for the boat, caravan whatever you need really, the back yard is waiting for the new owners to put their own mark on it so if you don’t want the hassle of building then you should take a look at this impressive home where the hard yards have been done yet there’s still plenty to do to make it YOURS!!!

Kalbarri overview

Kalbarri is a coastal resort and fishing town, 589 km north north west of Perth. It is located at the mouth of the Murchison River, the area becoming popular in the late 1940s as a tourist and fishing resort. In 1948 the government decided to declare a townsite here, and following the survey of lots the townsite was gazetted in 1951.

The name of Kalbarri was chosen from a list of Aboriginal words compiled by Daisy Bates in 1913. It is a man's name from a Murchison tribe, and also the name of an edible seed. The Aboriginal name for the area of Kalbarri has been recorded as "Wurdimarlu".
