Backing on to the lush Coopers Park whilst boasting breathtaking ocean views at ground level, this stunningly-spacious 4 bedroom 2 bathroom single-storey residence proves that a quality coastal lifestyle – with multiple living zones – can be enjoyed without the need for a second floor. A large home office can double as your 5th or guest bedroom.

An electric driveway gate helps secure a large front yard with low-maintenance artificial turf, also revealing a huge remote-controlled double lock-up garage with enough space for a workshop/storage area, as well as extra power points, access to the rear and a handy internal shopper's entry door. Internally, the front of the house plays host to a generous carpeted study, a fully-equipped theatre room with a projector, screen and double doors for privacy and a commodious master-bedroom suite comprising of a feature recessed ceiling, a massive double-door walk-in wardrobe and a sizeable fully-tiled ensuite bathroom – bubbling corner spa, shower, twin "his and hers" vanities, fully-tiled powder room and all.

Another set of gorgeous double French doors leads through to an open-plan family, dining and kitchen area, as well as a versatile lounge-come-games room that shares a spectacular vista of both the sunken salt-water swimming pool at the rear and our crystal-clear Indian Ocean waters. The exemplary kitchen itself will leave any home chef salivating at the prospect of sparkling granite bench tops and splashbacks, a double storage pantry, double sinks, a water-filter tap, a stainless-steel gas cooktop, a Neff oven/grill, a stainless-steel Blanco dishwasher and access into the laundry.

An enclosed alfresco offers indoor entertaining between the family room and a fabulous dome patio that leads down to the pool, fish pond and a Bali-inspired gazebo deck. On the contrary, outdoor entertaining is enhanced by further wooden decking by the pool, plus an enormous side patio with more mesmerising sea views – this time encompassing our famous Rottnest Island in the background.

Aside from magical sunsets all year round, a leisurely stroll to excellent schools – including Mindarie Primary School and Mindarie Senior College – is complemented by a very close proximity to other lush landscaped parklands, local shopping at Mindarie Central and wonderful community sporting facilities, whilst the likes of beautiful beaches (including Quinns Beach), Mindarie Marina itself, cafes, restaurants, public transport, Ocean Keys Shopping Centre and the newly-extended Mitchell Freeway are all just a matter of seconds away in their own right. The coast is well and truly clear for you here! Why not come and discover for yourself? We look forward to seeing you at the home open.

Mindarie overview

Mindarie is an outer coastal suburb of Perth and forms part of the City of Wannerroo. The suburb was named after Lake Mindarie in nearby Carabooda and is a Noongar word meaning either "stand by" or "green water", first recorded by Alexander Forrest in 1874. After being briefly used for its limestone deposits in the early 20th century, the suburb was formally established in 1988 with the construction of the Mindarie Marina and hotel, one of the largest man-made marina resorts in the state.

Life in Mindarie

While Mindarie is mostly a residential suburb, it does have a fairly large amount of infrastructure and amenities with two minor shopping precincts. The suburb's coastline is taken up by the Mindarie Marina which is a popular tourist destination. Along the boardwalk, the marina contains a three-storey hotel, two restaurants, a microbrewery, a pub and cafe. There is also a primary school, Mindarie Primary School and a secondary school, Mindarie Secondary School, in the area.
