AN INCREDIBLE HILLS HOME

Have you ever met a person and thought "Wow, they're quite a character"? You probably have and if you come to this house you will may just leave saying "wow, that's quite a character?" but also, "that's quite a character. I want to live with it forever!"

This character home is like nothing I have seen anywhere in the area. The outcome with someone with vision and flare following through on great ideas with a great amount of skill.

A truly liveable home where every space is both interesting and impressive.

INSIDE

THE KITCHEN
With stunning timber floors, used in this space and in the majority of the home, this is a delightful design. Featuring a top-of-the-line "Falcon" oven plus fantastic workspace, heaps of storage and a butler's pantry. This is a workspace where even the worst task can be a joy.

THE LIVING ROOM
The main living room at the back of the house is a truly beautiful space with a gorgeous feature ceiling. It's a large room with a marvellous view. With this property being positioned to take in the view across the valley this room has the best view of any. The beautiful timber floors are reclaimed jarrah so whilst this home has a historic feel these historic boards have even more history.

Being positioned at the back of the home it offers seclusion from the busyness of kitchen and meals area and the day-to-day activity of life. You really do have the feeling of seclusion in this lovely space.

THE THEATRE ROOM
Originally the master the bedroom and potentially a fourth bedroom, this fantastic theatre has quality hi- fi equipment included. A big screen for the big productions to be shown and enjoyed with big sound.

THE MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom is huge and it feels like some kind of historic hotel room with this design. Featuring a massive ensuite bathroom this is impressive beyond words.

The huge double vanity means that two people can be vain at the same time. Just look at your beautiful self in that mirror! How could you not feel good about yourself, waking up in this beautiful home?

The secondary bedrooms are positioned off the hallway toward the back of the house and both feature built in robes. If you do end up using that theatre room as a bedroom or even just sleeping in the theatre room cos what kid wouldn't want that? This room also has storage space which would make great a great built-in robe.

OUTSIDE
Very, very, very nice. The enormous patio is a tremendous place to entertain a bunch of people or even just yourself.

The gardens are lovely and beautifully established. There is a lot of space to enjoy it as it is or to further enhance it if you like. You've got space so you've got options! On the left side of the property is another patio area, so you have plenty of options for living and entertaining in this one-of-a-kind home.

THE STYLE
Really, I don't know any words to sum up the style. You're looking at the photos, you know what it's about. It's the outcome of someone with vision and an eye for detail. With the reclaimed historic pieces used throughout the home you'll see it has been finished with an eye for detail and another eye for the extraordinary.

The list of special items here is too long for me blab about here. However, come and see this property yourself and I will blab to you then. If you buy the house, you will probably blab to people yourself about all the various unique elements of this home. I have to say it's one of the most blabbable homes I've seen.

From a practical perspective, the home has solar panels, a genuinely spacious feel and is remarkably well located. Being a 961sqm block you have serious space to enjoy here.

This position is tremendous, being in the hills you feel so removed from the drudgery of suburbia, and you are. Yet you are just up the road from all the services and amenities that modern life demands including public transport multiple shopping centres, doctors, cafes and more. You could even stroll down the road and around the corner to three or four very popular restaurants that are scattered around the valley.
