An incredible opportunity to secure 67 acres of farmland that backs onto the North Dandalup river and is so central and has so much infrastructure that it is hard to comprehend! Nestled across the road from the newer subdivisions and yet tucked away that you almost don’t even know it’s here!
Surprisingly spacious 4 bedroom home that has been tastefully upgraded and its one bathroom has had a complete renovation just for good measure. New paint, new carpet, good sized bedrooms, high ceilings throughout and decent living space it really ticks the boxes for a rural setting. Huge rear patio area and even a fully enclosed below ground pool with its own outdoor shower and toilet!
Outside is the overwhelming part, machinery sheds, hay sheds, stables, round yards, track, stock yards, shelters it just goes on and on! Quality fencing, great access and more paddocks than I can count! The list is endless. But the all important question always comes back to water and yes there is more than enough! Rainwater to the house and a bore for the external yards and paddocks.
If 2.5 and 5 acre properties are too small and yet you want to be in the same area and not isolated then this property is the one you are after!

Track propertyThe townsite of North Dandalup is located in the south west, 71 km south of Perth and 16 km north east of Pinjarra. It is located adjacent to the North Dandalup River, from which it derives its name. Dandalup is an Aboriginal name, having been shown on maps of the area since 1835. The meaning of the name is not known.
The townsite is situated on the South Western Railway, and North Dandalup was included as a stopping place in timetables of 1894. Land around the siding was privately owned and subdivided, but a schoolsite was set aside in 1899, and a hall and recreation ground in 1915. In 1932 the North Dandalup Prescribed Area was declared, and then in 1972 the area was gazetted a townsite.
