Step behind the wall of this beautifully presented home and you are greeted with an oasis plus numerous living options that cater to the whole family. From the formal entry statement branches the master bedroom with en-suite and walk in Robe to the right with the Office/study to the left, continue through and the kitchen is the heart of the home with island bench, dishwasher, Gas stove, heaps of storage and a walk in pantry that is accessible from the garage!!!! no getting wet when it's raining is just one advantage. The rest of the living areas include formal dining area, bar, informal lounge then through to the formal lounge with the use of exposed brick/tiled floors and high timber ceilings being low maintenance and cool yet warm. Situated on the Southern side of the house are the 3 minor bedrooms, bathroom and laundry all being a generous size there is plenty of room for everyone.
Entertaining is easy in this home and outside is the below ground pool/BBQ area that is protected and private with the reticulated gardens being well established there are fruit trees and a shade-house, water bills are not a concern as the Bore fills one water tank automatically and the other water tank is for rainwater, this combination means no water usage bills at all, add the Solar panels and this home is very self sufficient.
I strongly suggest you give me a call to have a look as inspection is sure to impress or drop me an email [email protected]

Kalbarri is a coastal resort and fishing town, 589 km north north west of Perth. It is located at the mouth of the Murchison River, the area becoming popular in the late 1940s as a tourist and fishing resort. In 1948 the government decided to declare a townsite here, and following the survey of lots the townsite was gazetted in 1951.
The name of Kalbarri was chosen from a list of Aboriginal words compiled by Daisy Bates in 1913. It is a man's name from a Murchison tribe, and also the name of an edible seed. The Aboriginal name for the area of Kalbarri has been recorded as "Wurdimarlu".
