Ladies and Gentlemen, I am proud to present to the market 3 Widdicombe Street, Myaree. Situated on a popular street especially for families, is this quite unique limestone rendered 3 bedroom that sits on a great north facing 784sqm block giving you city glimpses from the patio area. This is the first time this home has been on the market for about 56 years so do not miss it this time!
The home is set well back from the road so you have space to park a boat, and you have access directly down the side to the Garage/Workshop area so you can tinker away to your hearts content or make it into a man cave.
As you enter the home you are presented with a semi-open plan living, dining area which features beautiful wooden floorboards. Both the dining and kitchen look out onto the patio and garden area and complement each other extremely well, plus it is accompanied by the split system A/C.
The bathroom just down the hallway is practically brand new, so you do not have to worry about any major renovations for quite some time.
Theres also an Office/Study/Workroom with private access at the rear, if you want to keep your work and home lives separate.
With such a large block you have plenty of options as well. Its possible for you to extend out onto the patio area to create more living space and still have plenty of garden, entertaining space or even put a pool in. Or you could go one better and build a second storey to get even better city views.
Overall, this family home offers a true family sized block with a north facing rear garden with city glimpses, options to extend with ease and close to Melville Primary School, Edgar Saul Reserve and Marmion Reserve. You also have the local Myaree Shopping Centre within easy walking distance.

Prior to 1954, the suburb now named Myaree was part of Melville until the Melville Road Board acquired land and planning for an urban residential area in conjunction with an industrial area. The name, Myaree, which is an Aboriginal word meaning 'foliage', was suggested and street names were chosen commemorating men of the district who died on active service in the first world war and old residents who had played an active part in the development of the area.
Myaree is home to a retail hub along Leach Highway which includes many major retail outlets and public transport, providing a short journey to Fremantle and Perth City. Other features include seven reserves and parks such as Marmion Reserve, a sporting space with it's own lake with walking path.
