Warmth and Character For The Entire Family.

What we love
The immaculate presentation. This beautiful 4 bedroom 2 bathroom brick-and-tile home on a spacious 730SQM north-west-facing block has been impeccably maintained over the years, paving the way for your family to move straight on in and take full advantage of its fantastic – and functional – floor plan. Both formal areas are carpeted for complete comfort, with the dining room overlooking the sunken lounge and preceding a casual meals area, breakfast bar and rear family room in the process.

A modernised kitchen is central to everything and boasts a storage pantry, stylish light fittings and brand-new quality Bosch appliances – inclusive of a five-burner gas cooktop, a separate oven and a dishwasher. Generous in size and nestled away from the minor sleeping quarters is a delightful front master-bedroom suite where a ceiling fan and walk-in wardrobe meet a fully-tiled and renovated ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet and vanity for good measure. Outdoors, a pergola entertaining area (off the family room) with café blinds and easy-care paving is the perfect place to sit back, relax and watch the kids splash around in the sparkling blue below-ground backyard swimming pool.

What to know
All three minor bedrooms benefit from built-in robes, whilst two of them have study desks built in also. A practical main bathroom with a Roman shower and a nearby laundry with a separate toilet, double linen press, extra built-in storage and outdoor access to the rear complete the rest of the internal floor plan, whilst the exterior includes a remote-controlled double garage, an adjacent single carport, a garden shed and a powered workshop shed at the rear. Extras include a bar off the kitchen, carpet to the meals area, family room and bedrooms, charming brickwork to the back part of the house, a ceiling fan and gas bayonet in the rear family room, a paved drying courtyard, two backyard lawn areas, ducted-evaporative air-conditioning, a ducted-vacuum system, 1.5kW solar-power system with eight (8) rooftop panels, reticulation from a shared bore, feature timber skirting boards and trimmings, a gas hot-water system, lush front lawns, leafy gardens and ample driveway parking space.

Only footsteps away from the sprawling Chichester Park and Woodvale Primary School and close to bus stops, recreational facilities, Woodvale Boulevard Shopping Centre, the Woodvale Public Library, the freeway, Whitfords Train Station, the Lakeside Joondalup and Westfield Whitford City Shopping Centres and pristine northern suburbs’ beaches, this family pleaser has “living convenience” written all over it. What a residence!
