If it's a low maintenance lifestyle in a superb location that you're after, then this brick home is hard to beat. The corner position allows the home to secure ocean views down Colback Street as well as south westerly views down Carleen Avenue - Imagine the options for a second storey!

Built in 1998, this immaculate home features generous proportions and provides plenty of scope for modifications, or simply enjoy it just how it is.

Come inside and you will find:

• Large carpeted lounge area with wood fire to keep you cosy in the winter. In the summer months, open the sliding door to catch the cool sea breeze and catch a quick view of the ocean to determine if the beach is worth a visit
• A formal dining area with archway to the kitchen, or if you need more space, incorporate it into the lounge or have the convenience of an office nook.
• Spacious kitchen in great condition with a built in pantry, Smeg upright stove with stainless steel rangehood, breakfast bar and a large fridge/freezer recess.
• Adjacent to the kitchen is plenty of room for a casual dining area.
• Three generous sized bedrooms, all with built in storage
• Family sized bathroom with screened shower and large vanity, finished in neutral cream tones.
• Large laundry with built in linen press, trough, door to the carport and separate toilet.

The outside will impress anyone who loves and outdoor sea-faring lifestyle:

• Wide verandahs on both the north and west side of the home provide the perfect spot to relax in a chair or a good viewpoint to check out the sea. Drop down blinds on the west side provide extra shade in the summer and help to keep the home cool.
• Access from Carleen Avenue to a large 4+Car carport which is sheltered behind a manual tilt door. This area would also be perfect for entertaining a large crowd for a summer BBQ
• The home handyman will be excited by the powered 7mx7m shed at the rear of the carport, perfect for outdoor hobbies, or extra storage/parking.
• The rear yard is low maintenance with a large paved area at the back of the home, with garden beds waiting for your spring veges.
• Retained garden beds at the front of the home provide a splash of colour and are well suited to natives if you would like an easy care, lock up and leave property.

This well maintained home would suit retirees that like a lock up & leave lifestyle or a young family wanting to secure a solid home in a great location. The location will impress those that know Binningup, only a 5 minute walk down Colback Street will find you on the beach or catching a few waves at the surf break.

Binningup overview

Binningup is a south western coastal townsite located 127 kilometres south of Perth and 30 kilometres north of Bunbury. Binningup takes its name from "Binningup Beach Estate", a name used by a syndicate of Harvey people who subdivided the area in 1953. By 1962 there was only one resident in the area, but many homes were built in the following few years. At the request of the Shire of Harvey, Binningup was gazetted a townsite in 1963.
