Cheaper than Building!

At this price, this home is cheaper than building without the 2-3 year wait! This home has had a recent makeover with new carpets throughout, paint job, kitchen upgrade and garden remodel. Great location situated on a corner block across the road from Parkfield Primary and Garfield's Daycare which makes this home ideal for young families or the investor.

This home has a great floor plan with a lounge in the front and open plan family dining with a split system on the wall, a large master bedroom with a walk-in robe, with another split system air conditioner, ceiling fan, and ensuite with the other three bedrooms having built in robes.

Outside is a large patio for entertaining and a large 6x9 workshop with side access and plenty of concrete and asphalt to park large boats and caravans.
Another bonus is the solar panels on the roof which cut down those power bills.

The home does have a tenant until May 2022 so appointments will need to be made with a little notice given. So why wait and buy now!
