What we love…

Along a private driveway you’ll arrive at your very own peaceful oasis. A classic brick home comprising character and charm with solid oak herringbone flooring throughout.
The pretty front porch offers a shaded spot under the ornamental pear tree, posing the perfect place for your morning coffee.
High ceilings open the space right up as soon as you walk through the front door. The open plan living and dining flows seamlessly through to the Mediterranean garden where you'll be welcomed by the sweet smell of creeping jasmine.
The stone alfresco is an idyllic spot to entertain as you enjoy long summer evenings with friends and a bottle of your favourite vino. Pass the sweeping Chinese Tallow to the decked terrace offering a great spot for a bbq!

The layout works incredibly well as a family residence with the master bedroom at the front boasting walk in robe and en-suite. The second bedroom sits at the rear with family bathroom, laundry and access to the terrace.

The owners have made this house a home over 20 years and have loved every moment of the convenience and tranquility of living here. You can truly feel how well this home has been looked after and can rest assured there are no works needed.

This will make a wonderful first home or be a great fit for a downsizer. We’re just looking for new owners to make new memories. I can't wait to show you around!

What we know…

Sitting on a tree-lined street in a fabulous city-fringe location; just 10 minutes from the CBD and an easy 15 minutes to our stunning coastline.
All of your local amenities can be found 600m away at the Dog Swamp Shopping Centre with Coles, Woolworths and Aldi as well as lots of fresh local produce.
You’ll have access to North Perth and Mount Hawthorn’s vibrant café strips and be
surrounded by green open spaces including Lake Monger and Yokine Reserve with fantastic walking tracks all year round. You really will have everything you need within a few minutes of your front door!

- A wonderfully secure home with front gate, private garage and alarm systems installed.
- No strata fees.
- This house was built with the potential to make the second living space a third bedroom.
- Another added bonus is the large amount of storage.

Joondanna overview

The first of the northern suburbs which were born in the post War period of the 1940s was Joondanna. Originally named Joondanna Heights, Joondanna was chosen after the Perth Road Board launched a competition to find a suitable name in 1939. The competition was won by Mrs A Curtis of Donnybrook who suggested Joondanna as this was the name given by a Mr. Banks to his property. He is believed to have been the first settler and owner of land in the area.
