A Stunning Coastal Lifestyle Now or Later. It’s Your Call.

What we love
Whether you decide to keep this renovated executive 4 bedroom 2 bathroom two-storey home “as is” or take full advantage the massive 985sqm (approx.) block and purchase it as two subdivided lots of premium seaside land after demolishing the existing dwelling, the one common denominator here is the breathtaking panoramic ocean vista that accompany it all – no matter what you decide. Enviably situated across the road from swimming and snorkelling in the iconic calm lagoon that is known as Mettams Pool, this prime property – and its endless potential – really does occupy position perfect. A healthy coastal lifestyle is on offer to you in the form of beachside walks, cycling, jogging, the North Beach Bowling and Tennis Clubs, the sprawling Charles Riley Memorial Reserve and both Star Swamp and Trigg bushland either side.

The Our Lady of Grace Primary School and North Beach Primary School are only walking distance away, as is North Beach Shopping Centre. The vibrant Flora Terrace café and restaurant strip is also nearby, with the likes of Trigg Point, Hillarys Boat Harbour, the Marmion Angling and Aquatic Club, Sorrento Quay, public and private golf courses, picturesque parklands, the exciting Karrinyup Shopping Centre redevelopment, new-look Scarborough Beach and even the freeway all so conveniently located only minutes from your doorstep – or future home – along with other top local educational facilities. Now this is a location most can only dream about.

What to know
Aside from an awe-inspiring Indian Ocean backdrop, the existing residence plays host to large double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, a quality modern kitchen with Miele appliances and a stainless-steel dishwasher, a separate games/living/study area and a spacious split-level backyard that is great for the kids. There is also a delightful front courtyard that overlooks the sea, as well as the daily coastal life passing you by. A double lock-up garage is complemented by secure gated access to the rear of the property, as well as the shed, from the side.

However, the upstairs balcony is the best place of all when it comes to sitting, relaxing and unwinding to absorb magical evening sunsets with a drink in hand. Extras include high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling bathroom tiling, split-system air-conditioning, feature down lighting, skirting boards and lined balcony eaves. Opportunity knocks – and loudly – so choose your destiny and allow your imagination to be captured in one way or another.

Currently rented at $1,050 per week until 29th November 2021.

North Beach overview

The name North Beach began as a descriptive name, derived from the suburb being at the time the most northerly of Perth's beaches. It was assigned in 1888 when surveyor Charles Crossland referred to the pastoral leases of Samuel Richard Hamersley as his "north beach coastal run". The suburb was originally set aside as a timber reserve in the 1860s and then as a quarantine area for camels entering in the 1890s. A number of orchards operated in the area with the only evidence that remains today an old olive tree on Hope Street.

Life in North Beach

Residential styles in North Beach include a mix of holiday dwellings from before and after World War II, some former workers' houses, and modern dwellings. As a residential suburb, North Beach has small shopping areas on the coast and at Flora Terrace and Castle Street which offer basic commercial services. The suburb features a tennis club and has two primary schools - North Beach Primary School and Our Lady of Grace School.
