Guests are permitted to stay up to 120 days per year, making it an ideal option for those seeking a flexible coastal getaway without the commitment of full-time residence. Just a short walk to Silver Sands Beach, it's perfectly positioned for beach days, coastal strolls and enjoying everything the area has to offer.

Inside, the cabin features a bright and inviting living area, along with a neat kitchen space that includes everything needed for comfortable holiday stays. The bedroom fits a double bed with ease and provides a quiet place to rest at the end of the day.

As part of the holiday park setup, the cabin does not include its own toilet or shower facilities. Instead, guests have access to the park's male and female ablution blocks, all located within the grounds.

The park grounds feature shaded lawn areas, large trees and a friendly, laid-back atmosphere. There's a communal BBQ area with undercover seating, perfect for easy meals outdoors, as well as access to a powered workshop for general use. It's a comfortable and convenient environment ideal for both short stays and longer breaks within the allocated stay period. An annual fee of $1,800 covers council rates, water, power and electricity keeping costs simple.

With Silver Sands Beach, the Mandurah Foreshore, cafés, shops and public transport close by, this cabin offers a simple and enjoyable coastal holiday base in a hard-to-beat location.
