DECEASED ESTATE – COUNTRY OPPORTUNITY FOR JUST $65,000!

A Great Opportunity for Country Living
19 Douglas Street, BUNTINE

5 BEDROOMS | 1,012m² BLOCK | ONLY $65,000

19 Douglas Street, BUNTINE is a 5 bedroom rambling cottage on 1012 sq metre block in the wheatbelt town of Buntine. Only 3 hours from Perth & 30 minutes north of the thriving town of Dalwallinu this is great opportunity for a ‘tree change’ & the chance to live the quiet country life.

The cottage is in VERY poor condition & will require a lot of repairs & maintenance to bring it up to a liveable standard. It certainly may require re-stumping & floor leveling.

The kitchen & bathroom are in serious disrepair & all the bedrooms require cleaning & renovating.

The front family/living room is a relatively recent addition & has a flat & square concrete floor & would make a great basis for the start of renovations.

The house is clad with asbestos sheeting, & an old, corrugated iron roof that is in a fair condition.

There is a dilapidated shed & lots of rubbish & junk in the back yard.

This is a property that with a lot of work, repairs, materials & paint could be a very comfortable ‘home in the bush’!!

A mere $65,000 will purchase a great ‘first’ home, a country ‘escape’, or a project for the adventurous & enthusiastic.

Situated in the Dalwallinu Shire, Buntine is home of the ‘Buntine Rock, an interesting & picturesque tourist attraction especially in the springtime & wildflower season.

Dalwallinu, 30 kms to the south, is a large prosperous town based on farming, light industry, shopping & education. It has a District high School, A District Hospital, a quality shopping centre & numerous retail outlets

In springtime Dalwallinu & Buntine are on the Wildflower Trail which is famous for its magnificent wildflowers which mean that numerous tourists pass though the town & avail themselves of the various services that are found in the town.
